Efficiency and Hospitality: how Fazenda Nova Country House optimized management with Zone Soft

Fazenda Nova Country House, a luxury boutique hotel located in the interior of the Algarve, relied on Zone Soft solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance the experience of its guests. This project was carried out in partnership with Sulsis - Sistemas Informáticos and exemplifies how technology can transform integrated management in hospitality environments.

The main challenge faced was to eliminate the need for two separate systems, one for hotel management and another for the F&B (Food & Beverage) area. With the implementation of ZS rest lite and integration with RoomRaccoon, the hotel's management system, all bar and restaurant operations are now centralized. Now, orders made in these areas are automatically transmitted to the hotel system, allowing for a continuous and flawless flow.

To ensure agility and comfort, new equipment was installed, including a new POS with ZS rest lite in the bar/restaurant area and a tablet with the ZS rest app for ordering directly at the table. This means that staff have an intuitive and effective tool to record orders, while guests enjoy faster and more organized service.

At check-out, all consumption is automatically detailed on the guest's bill, ensuring transparency and ease for both staff and customers. This implementation allowed Fazenda Nova Country House to centralize operations, improve the experience of its guests and optimize the management of its space.
